NOTES FROM THE STAGE MANAGER FOR SHOW DAY

Call for tomorrow's performances are 10:15 am and 1:45 pm. We'll start seating people for the shows 30 minutes before showtime.

All cast members should arrive in costume, and should bring water bottles.

The play currently runs close to an hour long, so we should be done by noon.

There will be a cast party at Bruno's Pizza after the final performance. There's an ad for Bruno's in the playbill that shows the address and phone number. It's off Crater Lake Avenue on Roberts Road.

If you lent us anything for props or costumes I'll be bringing all those items to the cast party (except for the large wooden set pieces given to us by the Beatties, those won't fit in my car).

*Please bring your costume or come in it.
*Don't forget to bring the camp survey/evaluation forms with you (both of them)
*And please look over your lines tonight and go through the motions with the songs too if you can. : )

*Also thanks again to all of you that have lent us things for props, sets, costumes or anyhting at all! It's been a big help! And thank you to those of you who even just offered things and offered to help. : )

*I do have one question: one parent lent us a picnic basket and at the time she dropped it off I wrote down her name so I could return it, unfortunately that list that I wrote her name on has now been lost and so if you have lent us a picnic basket and haven't gotten it back: Please come see me tomorrow before camp. I'd love to get it back to you! : )

GENERAL NOTES

Every day: be sure to bring a snack, a water bottle, your script, a pencil and notebook, and your enthusiasm!
If your student will be late, absent, or picked up early, please tell Jeff Tabler or Laura Rogers.
Rehearsals are open to parents to drop in and observe
We also need volunteers!
Classes will include basic acting, singing, and dance
